2. Custom Products & Orders

  • All items offered on MerchSpire are custom apparel and accessories made to order for schools, teams, organizations, businesses, and individuals.

  • Design files or content submitted by customers must not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or other rights. You are responsible for securing all necessary permissions for the use of any logos, mascots, or designs you provide.

  • Because products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.

  • Payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.

  • If a school, organization, or team store is hosted through MerchSpire, payouts for sales will follow the agreed-upon commission or fundraising structure.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Production times vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated processing and delivery times will be communicated at checkout.

  • MerchSpire is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is delivered to the carrier.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on MerchSpire.com, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, designs, and logos, is owned or licensed by MerchSpire and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.

6. User Content

  • By submitting designs, artwork, or other content, you grant MerchSpire a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and marketing your store if applicable.

  • You affirm that you have the rights to use and submit such content and that it does not infringe on the rights of third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, MerchSpire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.
