Refund & Return Policy

Because all products sold on MerchSpire.com are custom-made to order, please review our refund and return policy carefully.


1. All Sales Final

  • Orders are non-refundable and non-returnable once placed, as each product is created specifically for you, your team, or your organization.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed. To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [Insert Contact Email].

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

  • Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund.


3. Customer Responsibility

  • Please review your designs, personalization, and order details carefully before submitting. MerchSpire is not responsible for errors (e.g., typos, incorrect sizes, or wrong logos) provided by the customer.

  • We are not liable for delays or delivery issues caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.


4. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they are in production. If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order.


5. Team/Organization Stores

For hosted team or organization stores, fundraising payouts are not affected by individual refunds unless multiple defective orders require adjustments.
